Description
You cannot go wrong with our Ammo Can Man, LLC Genuine Military food rations by the case. Product will be made by Sopako, Wornick, or Ameriqual. Please note, these products are designed for military combat troops. Contents will vary from case to case and what is shown in photos. Manufacturers frequently substitute products and change meal numbering or entrees. There are no guarantees on what products will be packed. Not all meals will include flameless ration heaters. Periodically, non-mil spec candy will be packaged that does not have the same shelf life as the mil-spec contents. Please inspect and read all expiration dates of non-milspec candy products. Approximately 1250 calories per meal. Meals include a variety of Asian, Mexican, Italian, traditional, and vegetarian cuisine. Includes a large assortment of snacks, deserts, coffee, cappuccino, milk shakes, and beverage base powders. Only Military MREs include an accessory pack with flavor enhancing seasonings, matches, toilet paper, and other survival essentials. SHELF LIFE: MREs do not have an expiration date. They have an inspection date and a pack date. The Inspection date is three years after the pack date, and the inspection date is the date the Military inspects the cases during long term storage to verify they are still fit for consumption. Manufacturers suggest that meal contents are good for approximately 5 or more years when stored at room temperature. Meals stored in cooler temperatures stay fresh longer. Always inspect the red Time Temperature Indicator (TTI) found on top of the case and verify it is red.

This is awesome ?This seller is trust worthy! All the products we ordered from him is Authentic and real military MRE, And we have tried 4 different kind, all are so delicious its insane! Even tge one i hate in real food! Thank you for standing behind your products!By the way, we were so happy with the first order, we went a head and ordered another batch!I like to keep a few cases of MREs on hand in case of emergencies. I replace them based upon their age, and I order new rations when needed. As such, I ordered two cases of MREs (A and B cases) from G & P Outlet with a guaranteed inspection date of 11/2022 or better (in this case, meaning later). Both cases arrived nearly a week early and with an inspection date in 2023. The cases are factory sealed and the time and temperature indicators (which helps indicate whether the MREs are good based on storage temperatures, etc) are visible and positive. In the future, G & P Outlet will now be my 'go to' source for MREs.And just to inform most, regardless of expiration date food last much longer than the date suggested. I own a grocery store, most dates are labeled as "Best buy" meaning it's at its best tasting up until that date does not mean it's not edible or unsafe to eat after that date. I know these are made to withstand a little extra time than the normal Foods we buy at the grocery store. Believe me I live off of expired food because I can't sell most of it once it expires. Was supposed to be a case A&B that had a 11/2022 inspection date or better. Case B was 05/23 so thats good. But case A is 08/22, not a huge deal but if something is advertised as making a promise as to what you are to receive I expect that to be honored. Both temp sensors look to be in great shape. If both boxes had been within the dates advertised it would easily be 5 stars instead of 4.I'm a long haul truck driver. I'm often in a position where food isn't an easy option. Wasn't a big fan of MRE's when I had to eat them, but these are pretty good. There is enough in one bag to sustain me throughout the day.The date on the case I bought was 04/08/20. There is enough variety you shouldn't get bored. The heaters work. I've had MRE's where this wasn't the case, and it sucks. Everything you need (except water) is included. My only concern is there is so much glue holding the flaps of the box down, that they're a bit tough to get to. If this was the end of the world, and I was malnourished and stumbled on a case, I'd starve to death trying to get the case open. I'll take that any day over the case falling apart.About “inspection date 11/22 or better.” As delivered mine was 10/22. One case was banded and one was not. Saving these for a rainy day so I’m not going further.Great product at a reasonable price.
